I began my fitness journey at a very young age, dancing since I was 3-years old. After years of training and a strict nutrition routine I left ballet and moved my focus to the gym. As a woman I experienced the struggles of going to the gym alone, not knowing what each machine did, and feeling intimidated in the gym. After years of learning to train, I built up the confidence to work-out alone and saw my body transform in ways I never imagined. Now as a qualified personal trainer I want to help as many people feel as happy, healthy, and confident as I can!
